DOES AMBIKA PROVIDE ANY ADDITIONAL SERVICES?
Ambika offers a wide
range of services that complement our core business of vacant
property protection.
We can replace locks or gain entry through locked doors (including
steel doors)
Vulnerable windows and doors can be secured or boarded-up
Stand alone shower cabinets and electrical showers can be
installed to provide hot running
water and to enable the boilers to be switched off
Full cleaning service enabling squatted or dirty properties to be
occupied
Ambika works with a
range of contractors to provide a fast and efficient service to
the following standards. All work undertaken is fully insured.
Locksmith (only British Standards locks are
installed)
Electrical (all work
undertaken conforms to
Part P of Schedule 1
to the Building Regulations
(England and Wales) and BS 7671)
Plumbing
