WHAT HAPPENS WHEN THE PROPERTY IS SOLD OR REFURBISHED?

We will ensure that all items belonging to the caretakers are removed, and that the property is secure.

All keys are then returned to the client. Ambika is able to vacate a property with as little as 24 hours notice.

Sale of Property

On the completion date Ambika can arrange for all keys in its possession to be delivered to the new owner. The new owners often retain Ambika to provide on-going security.

Re-development of the Property

Large properties are often refurbished prior to occupation. Ambika is often able to keep its caretakers on-site during the renovation period, ensuring that the property is well protected when vulnerable.
